Ltd. operates as a specialized Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier and global sourcing partner for micro-electronic components, chip-level motherboard spares, integrated circuits, and Surface Mount Device (SMD) hardware. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our fulfillment protocols, electrostatic discharge (ESD) packing standards, lead times, carrier accountability, and logistics terms governing all purchase orders.
2. ESD-Safe & Industrial Packaging Standards
Semiconductor chips, controller ICs, and high-frequency MOSFETs are inherently susceptible to electrostatic discharge (ESD), mechanical lead coplanarity damage, and atmospheric moisture. Diagva Tech Solutions enforces strict packaging compliance before dispatch:
- Electrostatic Shielding: All ICs, microcontrollers, and sensitive discrete semiconductors are packed in certified static shielding / dissipative bags meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20 and EIA-541 standards.
- Moisture Barrier Sealed (MSL): Components with Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) ratings 2 through 6 are vacuum-sealed in heavy-duty Moisture Barrier Bags (MBBs) containing active desiccant pouches and Humidity Indicator Cards (HIC).
- Carrier Format Integrity: All active and passive lines are dispatched in factory-original or cut-to-order Tape & Reel (with leader/trailer), ESD-safe waffle trays, or anti-static IC tubes with secure pin retention stoppers.

4. Logistics Partners & Commercial Freight Terms
- Authorized Carriers: Domestic dispatches are routed through established express cargo carriers (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC Air, Trackon). Local Bengaluru deliveries may be facilitated via same-day dedicated business couriers upon request.
- Commercial Incoterms: Standard orders are quoted Carriage Paid To (CPT) consignee destination, with shipping charges included in the proforma invoice. High-volume B2B clients may elect Ex-Works (EXW) or Freight Collect billing using their own corporate courier accounts (FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL).
- Real-Time Tracking: Automated airway bill (AWB) tracking details and invoice dispatch alerts are transmitted via email and WhatsApp upon consignment pickup from our Bengaluru warehouse.
5. Consignment Receiving, Inspection & Claims
Due to the specialized nature of precision semiconductors, consignees must adhere to the following receiving and verification procedure:
- Exterior Carton Inspection: If the outer shipping carton shows signs of crushing, punctures, unsealed security tape, or water ingress, the receiving staff must note this on the courier Proof of Delivery (POD) slip before signing.
- 48-Hour Claim Window: Consignees must report missing line items, physical package rupture, or discrepancies against the packing slip within 48 hours of recorded delivery.
- Evidentiary Requirement: Reports must be sent to support@diagvatech.com containing high-resolution photographs of the outer carton, the shipping label, the manufacturer lot label, and the affected components.
Critical: SMT Assembly & Component Integrity
Components that have been exposed to soldering flux, solder paste, hot-air rework, or PCB mounting are strictly excluded from transit damage or delivery discrepancy claims.
Please conduct incoming visual inspection under microscope or magnifying inspection lamps prior to binning or PCB insertion.
6. GST Compliance, E-Way Bills & Documentation
Every dispatch is accompanied by a compliant GST Tax Invoice, E-Way Bill (for consignments exceeding statutory state/central value thresholds), and detailed line-item packing slip specifying Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) and batch quantities. Registered corporate buyers are guaranteed valid GST documentation to claim eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC).
